HOW IS MY ORDER BEING PROCESSED? 
After you provide us with your e­mail address, you will receive e­mails with every step of the process for your order. For example confirmation on your order being placed, information on your payment approval and the shipping information will be sent to you. You will also get a tracking number for your package. The status of your order will be updated to you via e­mail.

If you do not receive an email from shehautefitness within hours of placing your order (and it’s not in your Spam folder), the email address you provided is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Service via email customercare@shehautefitness.com or any time between 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. (EST)(Mon­-Fri)

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders over the phone. However, you may place orders on our website from a computer or a mobile device.

I'M IN LOVE WITH AN ITEM, BUT IT'S OUT OF STOCK ON THE WEBSITE. WHAT SHOULD I DO AND HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK? 
Good news! We get new items frequently, especially our most popular items. You can be notified by email by clicking “SOLD OUT ­ TELL ME WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE” button at the page of the item. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 
shehautefitness offers a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards Diners. We also take PayPal.

I SAW SOMETHING I REALLY LIKED ON ShE HAUTE FITNESS INSTAGRAM. HOW CAN I FIND THIS ITEM ON THE WEBSITE? 
You may click the search icon in the center­upper part of our webpage, where you can type any keywords that describe the item you are looking for.

Exs: product name, colors, style, etc.

DO YOU HAVE ANY CURRENT DISCOUNT CODES? 
We always try to provide our customers with the latest steals and deals. Always check our home page and our Instagram (@shehautefitness) for the current promotional codes.

I'M TRYING TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE BUT IT'S NOT WORKING! 
***Unfortunately, some of our discount codes may have expired. Always check the expiration date of the discount code to make sure the promotional time is still valid***.

I FORGOT TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER! WHAT DO I DO? 
We're so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to input the code manually.

*ATTENTION*: Our sales have specific expiration dates, if you miss out on a ‘’holiday sale’’ for example, you will not be able to use that coupon code for future purchases. Stay tuned on our social media and website page for the promotion dates.

I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT WAS PLACED? 
During your shopping process, before you have provided the payment information, you can edit your shopping cart at any point. After you have finished processing your order and have already paid for it, you cannot change any of the information previously provided. For security matters and for the secrecy of your items, we do not manage any order once it has been processed.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? 
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at customercare@shehautefitness.com and we will cancel your order immediately. We are unable to cancel any orders that have already been shipped out. A full refund will be issued back to you on the payment method used to place the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you moments after the order is canceled. Payouts for refunds typically take up to 24 hours to be reflected back into your account depending on your bank institution.

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER/ I MISSPELLED MY INFORMATION. 
Please contact our customer service via email at customercare@shehautefitness.com as soon as possible to correct any information (this must be done before your item(s) has been shipped out). Please note, once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages. If packages are marked as “Return to Sender” due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, it is up to the buyer to deal with the reshipment expenses.

*ATTENTION*: To avoid any problems with shipping, please make sure that your address is correct when filling out the order form.

MY SHOES DO NOT FIT, SO I WANT TO RETURN THEM. 
No worries, we will accept shoe returns within 10 days from the purchase dates, as long as the shoes are unworn and are in their original packaging. For more information, please read our Return Policy.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO ShE HAUTE FITNESS, WHAT DO I DO NOW? 
All packages returned to us (due to an invalid address) will be restocked and you will be issued a store credit. If you have contacted us and provided us with the correct information prior to the return, we will reship the package to the address of your choice. *Note that on this case, the reshipment expense will be the buyers.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
